If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, new and unused merchandise in sellable condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full item refund. Please send returns via a prepaid and insured method. An original receipt must be present at the time of the return. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

In the interest of hygiene and your protection, we do not accept returns on pierced earrings or hats.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy the situation. Defective merchandise will be replaced to the best of our ability. A pre-paid shipping call-tag will be issued for damaged or defective merchandise.
